The Harvard House Arizona has been hosting for over 2 years with over 150 bookings! Thank you to all our wonderful guests! The large living room is open to the kitchen and dining room which moves onto the patio overlooking the sparkling pool. The outdoor space includes a comfortable lounging area as well as an outdoor dining table with a firepit. Relax in the pool or enjoy a game of corn hole. When you need to cool down from the hot weather head inside to air conditioning and enjoy one of many games (competition size Foosball, darts, board games for families or adults and Skeech table game).
INFORMATION ABOUT THE PROPERTY AND AMENITIES.
The Harvard House Arizona is newly renovated with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The house features open living space with Large Smart TV's in every room. 1 Gig high speed internet for our guests to enjoy. The kitchen is new and bright. Stainless steel appliances and every comfort of home. Keurig coffee maker, blender, toaster, electric kettle, coffee, tea, sugar, sweet n low, creamer (regular, vanilla and hazelnut) and 24+ spices. A full range of dishes and pans (cook top and bakeware).
Available for families with children: toddler dishes, sippy cups, kids’ dishes, highchair, stroller and pack 'n play.
The bathrooms are beautiful and spacious (includes towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap and hair dryer).
Front loading washer and dryer are there for your convenience and includes laundry detergent pods and dryer sheets.
Desk, lamp and comfortable chair in master bedroom for a dedicated private workspace.

“This house made you feel at home. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed to cook at home. In fact, we used the grill outside for a delicious mid-day meal. The pool was my favorite! It was crystal clear, perfect temperature, and pool towels were plenty. There is a great seating area to eat or lounge. Since I'm a remote worker, the master bedroom had a desk with plenty of outlets for my computer. The master shower is huge! It has a rainfall shower head, so I got to relax in there for a bit. The washing machine and dryer are inside, so that made it really easy to do laundry. Andrea provided all the laundry amenities as well. In the kitchen, she had a fantastic coffee station with all the fixings. The neighborhood is very quiet and Uber rides are only $5-$8 to any good restaurants or downtown Tempe. I will definitely come back again.”

“***RAVE*** The interior of the house was tremendously white, bright and inviting! The pool was like heaven - heated with pool toys/diving board for the kids and plastic cups for the adults who like to partake in a pool side beverage! Both of the indoor and outdoor spaces were inviting and private. House is exceptionally well stocked compared to other rentals I have been at. Andrea, the host, was like a wizard with how quickly she responded to inquiries ensuring you had a wonderful staycation in their beautiful home. 10/10 would stay here again - thanks again Andrea!”

“Andrea was a great host. This house had everything we could possibly hope for. The inside has plenty of space, lots of games, TV’s in every room, and everything is pretty much brand new. The backyard was great! There is actual grass back there which is rare for phoenix. The patio has great seating and provides a nice shaded spot to hang out. The pool is a large diving pool that gets full sun all day. We will be back for sure.”
